Small Business Owner with Women-Only Employees? Offer Woman Direct Care Services

As a business owner, you want to attract the right employees and provide them with the best possible benefits. After all, your employees are the backbone of your business. So if your team is composed mostly of women, why not offer direct care services that are specifically tailored to their needs? The overhead cost of this benefit is often low, and it can make a big difference in the lives of your employees.

What are Direct Care Services?

Direct care services can include everything from annual check-ups to urgent care needs to general questions about staying healthy. And because direct care providers have a direct relationship with their patients, they can offer more personalized and individualized care. This type of care is especially important for women, who have unique health needs.

At Women’s Health 360, we offer direct care services that are tailored to the individual needs of each woman. We believe that every woman deserves to receive the best possible care, and our direct care model allows us to provide just that.

How Do We Help Businesses Just Like Yours?

You may be concerned that the pricing of this level of care is out of your budget. However, direct care services are often more affordable than traditional health insurance plans. This is because direct care providers are not subject to the same high overhead costs as traditional providers.

In addition, direct care providers can offer discounts to businesses that contract with them to provide care for their employees. At Women’s Health 360, our monthly plans are only $99/month, with discounts offered to families, college students and businesses (like you!).
